Photos are missing

Open iOS Settings, find Unfill, and review Photos access. Limited access means Unfill can analyze only the items you selected. Return to Unfill after changing access and let the scan settle.

A scan or queue looks paused

Keep Unfill open briefly, connect to power for large libraries, and confirm Low Power Mode or low free space is not interrupting work. Unfill preserves pending work so you can review it before continuing.

Purchase or restore issue

Use Restore Purchases from Unfill settings with the same Apple Account used for the purchase. Apple controls billing and refunds; include the error wording in your note if restore still fails.
